Walter Pfeiffer

"Stylish, suggestive, and erotic, his images are an encyclopedia of desire." Pfeiffer is the Zürich based photographer whose portraits of friends, lovers, and daily life have influenced a generation of photographers including Juergen Teller, Terry Richardson and Ryan McGinley. His publication Welcome Aboard, Photographs 1980-2000, brought with it a revival in the realistic photography movement and since Pfeiffer has collaborated with international magazines such as i-D, Vogue Hommes and Vogue Paris. Additionally, Pfeiffer has been the subject of numerous exhibitions.
